Putting everything away she went about her normal day, preparing dinner once her husband got home. The following morning she reluctantly got dressed into her jogging attire, looking herself over in the full length mirror.

"You are not fit for jogging, Karen." she muttered to herself.

"All that time as part pig has definitely left you out of shape..." She sighed, grabbing at her muffin top. "Guess I should grab the water bottle before Jess gets here."

She soon took the bottle out of the fridge just as Jess arrived.

"Ready to go mom?" Jess smiled. "Yep. Figured you'd want something to drink on our jog." Mrs. Sinclair said, trying to smile as she handed Jess the water bottle.

"Thanks." Jess said taking a small drink of it.

"Mmm, lemony." Jess smiled, locking her lips. "Alright mom, lets get some of that weight worked off." Jess said as she started jogging back toward the street. "Any chance we could get a donut or two on the way?" Mrs. Sinclair asked. "You can afterward mom, but nothing like that will make it past my lips." Jess said, causing Mrs. Sinclair to sigh. "Guess she'll need to drink more before it takes effect..."

Mrs. Sinclair was grateful her daughter wasn't running too hard, but even the pace she was going was difficult for Mrs. Sinclair to keep up. She needed constant breaks, which let her daughter get further and further ahead. By the time she caught up Jess was looking a bit irritated.

"What is with you? We aren't even halfway through yet." Jess said. "I'm not...made...for this." Mrs. Sinclair said panting.

"That's obvious, but you're supposed to be pushing through the pain mom. How else do you expect to lose that extra weight?" Jess asked, offering her mother the bottle of water.

"I'm not...as fit crazy...as you." she panted as she drank a little of it.

"Maybe if you spent more time working out at home, on a bike or treadmill, instead of making a pig of yourself you wouldn't be so winded." Jess said. "If you don't think you can cut it take the rest of the water and head home." Jess said, turning to continue her jog.

"Not gonna happen..." Mrs. Sinclair thought as she went after Jess.

Sipping more of the water she didn't think twice about the potion she'd put in it. "If you're determined to do this mom, then no more stopping." Jess said, glancing over her shoulder. "You need to be serious about working that weight off."
