As you head down the path, you hear a chuckle. "Fell for it" the evil voice whispered as the way back suddenly became blocked.
"The Evil path always looks scarier, but the truth is...the easy path is the scariest of all"

"Oh... oh dear..." I gasped a bit, as I looked around. Realizing I had no other way to go, I continued to float onwards, hoping that I would at least end up somewhere...

Suddenly sharp pins began to form in the walls, and began to close in on you.
"Better move fassssst"

"Eeee!" I shrieked, as I hurried forward as quickly as I could, trying to escape from the encroaching pins. "Oh no oh no oh no oh no..." I began to 'paddle' forward through the air, hoping that I could speed myself up, even if only slightly.

The laughter of the spirit filled the hall as the pins got closer...until suddenly...they vanished.
"Go, run faster" said the friendly spirit.

"A-ah!" I gasped, as the pins vanished just before they could touch me. I dropped to the ground and began bounding forward along the path as quickly as I could, hoping to move ever faster.

"You stay out of this, Cathrine" the evil spirit said. "Do not get in my way"
"Too Late, Rebecca." said the friendly spirit.

"Wah... got to hurry, I've got to hurry hurry..." I huffed, as I continued on ahead. "Please keep her busy while I keep moving!" I call out, hoping the friendly spirit will help me.

"No! I will not let you ruin my plans. I must destroy a blood relative of the Prosperios to gain my revenge..." she gasped as wind rushed around you, pushing you forward, thankfully.

"Ah!!" I gasped, as the wind shot me forward through the passage... eventually, I slowed to a stop, as I was stuck at a fork in the path once again. This time there was a sign in between the two paths... one with a possible hint. I read the sign...

"Down this path lies great fortune and fame, down the other lies torment and pain...it's not what you think, so choose well, or little is Cindy is doomed to hell" it read.

Left with a lack of a better idea, I decide to take the 'fame and fortune' path, in hopes that it might help me on my quest somehow...

"The lesson was not learned...too bad" said the voice as stone walls closed in around you...the path shrinking, trapping you, as more spikes appeared.
"The path that is scariest, is also easiest. Too bad you won't get a second chance, eh, old friend?" she laughed.

I gasped, as the spikes surrounded me. "N-no! There has to be a way out... there has to be! It can't end like this..."
