"Only outsider here. They part of a tribe that live here. One of 3 tribes." The archer said as she finished tying the knot on the makeshift bandage. "No need protect if no one to protect."

I felt really dumb for asking now, as it really make sense. I notice the women looking at me, a bit confused, as I guess i am a sight they don't see much. Or maybe cause I am in just my bra and skirt. Then I see her eye up the statue girl, looking strangly at her.

The injured woman looked to the archer, speaking quickly in some other language. The archer looked to you and the statue girl before turning back to the woman. She spoke in the same language as the woman, but much slower.

I begin to wonder what was wrong. I was glad to be out of the sun for the moment though and I am sure she was also, as I checked on her. I smile at her, "hopefully soon you will be restored, please bare with this a little longer" I say to her.

The archer stood up, helping the injured woman up until the other woman could help hold her up. She spoke something to them, getting a nod. "Come, time go." She said, turning to head back down to the tree. As you turned around you saw the edge of a canyon just the other side of the hill behind the tree.

I lift up the women, and follow them, making sure to keep her head down. I hope she is ok, and I hope she appreciates me trying to talk to her as a person, because of how she may have been treated. I follow the two, and kept looking around, hoping no more birds come out. I slightly press the girl close to me, she slightly in my chest again as I drip sweat, feeling way to hot out here in the sun again.

A few beads of sweat drip down onto the statue girl as the archer led you and the two tribal women toward the canyon. The woman that was fine kept looking back at you every now and then, distrust in her eyes.

I kept noticing the looks at me. I felt a bit of distrust, but I was not sure if it was for me, or just any outsider. I look up and see the sun is still high in the air, wishing it was a bit cooler. what ever this room is, or where ever this is, this just seem cruel, I think. Suddenly the archer stopped to look around, so I glance around too, wondering what was up.

She dropped to one knee and placed a hand to the ground. She said something under her breath before yelling something to the two women. "Run!" She yelled to you next as the ground started to rumble.

I felt the shaking, and was shocked. I nearly dropped the girl, but pressed her tighter, as I started to follow the other girls, the archer, keepping a distance, which I did not noticed.

Behind you you heard some dirt being thrown up out of the sand. Looking over your shoulder you saw some sand settling as something vanished beneath it. Looking back forward you saw the archer and the women heading for the edge of the canyon.

"Oh crap" as I run a bit faster to catch up to the other. I am begging to think, i rather have just dealt with the guy more then this. As I ran, the dirt under me shifted a little, cause me to fall, as I fell, I lost my grip on the statue girl, and she flew from my hand, and slide on the dirt, towads the edge of the canyon.

Before she could slide over the edge two arrows hit the dirt in front of her, stopping her as she hit them. Your attention was quickly brought to something coming up from the sand. about ten feet away from you was a very large snake rising out of the ground.

I quickly turn to my back, as it tried to wrap me up, but I kept my arms apart, and push with all my might. I struggled as it slide me, cause my skirt to rip a bit on the ground, and before I could think about it, it tail had grabbed my feet. "No" I grunted as I pour everything I had into it.

The snake opened its mouth, ready to devour you, when an arrow hit the scales on the side of its head and bounced off. The snake looked over in the direction the arrow came from, flicking it's tongue. The archer had already prepared her next arrow, but you could see she only had one arrow left in her quiver.
