"You got a little lightheaded." was the reply. "That tends to happen when molecular vibration increases past a certain point... Wait, don't freeze her Dawn, what are you doing-"
Dawn shut the door, sighing a bit in annoyance. "Make up your mind already." she grumbled as she retrieved the basin... This was all starting to seem a bit like deja vu.

"S-soo c-coold." Sonja said as she was placed in the basin again. She saw dawn vanish from sight before hearing the fridge door being closed. Sonja tried to move, but only resulted in causing her frozen form to crack a bit.

"Now look what you did!" the voice barked. "She's frozen."
"Would you like me to put her back on the stovetop?" Dawn offered sarcastically.
"Then we'll just be going in circles! Just... I dunno, put her on the windowsill. Get her some sunlight."
Dawn shrugged and relocated the girl yet again, this time in direct sunlight.

A couple hours later Sonja was starting to snap out of it as she finished melting. "Whoa, that was almost like being a statue." She said as Dawn walked over.

"Were you awake through it?" Dawn asked. "...Because he wasn't."
True enough, the scrap-shod voice box had fallen silent with the exception of an occasional snore.

"I think so...It almost felt like a dream though." Sonja said. "Couldn't hear that well though."

"That's a new response." Dawn replied, walking over to the table and tapping the box. "I'll write it down once-"
"Huh? What??" the voice mumbled. "I'm here, I'm here...!"
"So is Sonja." Dawn replied, jotting down Sonja's reaction to being frozen. "Would you like to proceed as we'd planned or resume your napping?"

Sonja couldn't help but giggle at Dawn's words. It was hard to tell who was in charge.

Before the box could reply, a girl entered the room as well, mumbling to herself, "The Liquifying Lounge...Wonder what it does..." As soon as she saw Dawn, she said, "Hi there. Do you know what this room does, exactly?"

Dawn looked up at the newcomer, a bit surprised. "Yes, I do. I work here."
"Another visitor?" the box interrupted. "This must be my lucky day! Come on in, I'll tell you all about what we do here. Or you could just have a look yourself. Dawn, you get the thickening agent ready; I'll handle the introductions."
Dawn nodded and turned back to Sonja, a look of concentration on her face. Her less mobile instructor, in the meantime, spoke to the newcomer:
"Welcome to the Liquefying Lounge!" he said in his best sales-pitch voice. "A place where we get our female clientele to loosen up and make a splash! ...OK, those puns were terrible. I apologize, Miss.... um... ...What's your name again?"

When Sonja heard the new girl she tried to focus her form up to the edge of the basin. She was curious to see who had come in, but found Dawn between herself & the girl as she peeked over the edge of the basin.

"Um, is the box talking to me? Or what?" the girl said half to herself. She looked inside the box, and kicked it lightly after looking inside, just to reconfirm that the box was indeed talking.

I opened the door to the room, tucking my long brown hair behind my ears. Ever since being turned into a girl in the Gender Room it kept getting in my eyes.
"Well. what have we here?"

"Yes, the box is talking..." the mechanical trinket said in exasperation.
...Or, it would have, but it got cut off halfway through when the newcomer abruptly kicked it, sending it flying across the room. And bouncing off Dawn's back. She yelped and jumped aside, allowing Sonja and the new girl to see one another as her concentration broke.
"Why do people keep doing that...?!" the box whined from the floor, its voice a touch muffled since it had landed face-down.

"Oh my. Sorry, didn't see that there." I said. "My name is. Tr...um...Tracy. Yeah, Tracy."
