Another splinter manifests, and I find myself in front of a door labeled "Shape Room". I mutter to myself, inaudible to even the most sensitive ears...
Dressed in casual attire, namely a striped dress shirt and slacks, and in my late twenties, I look fairly good with my brown hair and healthy body. I turn the door knob of the portal and step into the shadow lying beyond the threshold unsure of what I'll find.

"Perhaps you can show me?"

"I certantlly can, but first if I may ask to spray you with my pantented rubberfication spray which will turn your body to rubber which will make it easier to 'reshape', your body, don't worry it's reversable if your not satisfied, but I assure you once your rubber it's a load of fun, so what do ya say, care to be rubber?"

Rubber? Hmm. Even this first step, if successful will prove my hypothesis. It would appear the soul, or what ever it is that makes a person a unique being, is independent of their organic body... that is if this process doesn't kill. Can't win a Nobel prize without a little risk now and then? Right? For science!
"Rubber you say? I'm all for it if the process isn't lethal", I say chuckling at the last few words. I indicate that I shall follow this... being... to where ever it is that we need to go.

"well I can assure you Lord Hugo wouldn't give a room in the first plase if my devices killed"
I say with a laugh
"So without any ferther a due let's make you rubber"
I spray your body and your surpried to see that your body is taking on a shiny apperance, you also notice all the hair on your body is gone making your skin perfectly smooth, while the the hair on your head is now attached to your body while it also becomes smooth and solid, your bend your arm and noticed a cute sqeaking noise

I chuckle at the squeaking noise I produce with each movement. Growing serious once again, I inspect my body, poking, prodding, pinching... the rubber was clearly not just coated on my skin it *was* my skin. Now to lose sight of my ambitions however, I quickly turn my attention back onto the individual who did this. So far, it appears that an inanimate object can still contain the essence...
My throat and mouth both squeak audible as a I speak, "So. This is pretty neat."

"Hm. Pressed sounds fascinating. However, if it is as safe as you promise, why not go all the way. Let's melt me down!", I say as a mental image of a wax me stands by a fire. Melting and slowly dripping into a pile of goo.
