"There you girls go. Enjoy you food. Looks like the cherry's already beginning to reproduce."
The melon and the banana then looked at the cherry's stem to see several small balls form at the top of it.

"Oooh, that feels pretty good. I am a good cherry." She smiled.

Soon the balls began to develop till they were full grown cherries. The cherry looked very happy at this. She then looked over at the watermelon to see a large oval growing at the top of her head.

"We are such good fruit, reproducing for the garden." The cherry said. Her mind was swimming. Wasn't she a girl?

"Hey, banana! Wasn't I a girl before all of this."
"Yes you were."
"Okay, thank you. I almost lost myself there. If I lost myself, I would be a complete cherry and I want to keep my head. And melon, do you remember what you are?"

"I'm a Melon!" she said proudly!
"Oh dear."

The cherry soon saw the melon's hands start to go inside her body.
"Come on. You are not a watermelon. You are a little girl. Now say it with me. You are a girl!"

"Nah, I'm a watermel..."
That was the last sound she made.

Soon the head of the little girl was then swallowed up and all that remained was a large watermelon. This left the cherry to cry for the loss of its friend.
"Sir! Please! Is there a way to get my friend her head back? Please?"

"Well, possibly, but if she accepted her fate, she was quite happy as a watermelon. Being fully fruit isn't bad."

"Isn't bad? She's human girl like me. And she was a little girl. Her mother will probably cry her heart out if she finds out about this. Fix her or I'm going to roll over you and crush you."

"Are you, sweet little cherry?" The gardner said with a smile.

"You know very well I am sure! I may not look like one, but that doesn't mean I am not one. Now you have five seconds before I roll over you."
The gardener shook with fear seeing this girl have great anger. He had never met a fruit hang on to its humanity for this long before.

"Well, I'll see what I can do." he said as he sprinkled a dust on the watermelon.

The watermelon then began to shake as the little girls head began to pop out of the top.
"What happened? All I could see was darkness."
