It was the middle of the night when a couple of guys where coming back from working all night when they heard giggling. "Gotta be some babes nearby." one said. "I dunno man. Kinda bushed." the other said. "Wait hang on." the first said getting his phone's flashlight app on as he looked around. The two heard the giggling above them before shining it to see balloon like girls floating right above them as they screamed.
That morning...
"Today's top story...BBW...Blown Balloon Women?" the anchor said.

"It is unknown how this happened, but a number of ladies were found inflated into human balloons. Police have gathered them and are in the process of identifying them. However this process is slow given the girls don't respond. They just giggle uncontrollably. In the mean time local law enforcement advises caution for all females."

"Wait what? But I thought it was just some sickness?" Gina said. "We thought the same...But the ladies in that report weren't the first inflated like that. Just the first found by someone other than us." Sabrina said, gesturing for Gina to follow her.

"We found the first victim about a week and a half ago. Since then there were 4 other victims before last nights discovery." Sabrina said as they headed down some stairs. "One of those victims was one of our own who tried to investigate this in her free time."

"Correct...Though the girls have changed since being inflated." Sabrina said as they walked down a hallway and Sabrina swiped a security card at one of the doors. Walking in there were a few large rooms with glass windows. "This was the last one before last nights incident." She said, showing a woman that was a bit bigger and her giggle a higher pitch as she softly floated around her room.
