The helicopter followed, but the forest made it hard for them to keep an eye on Jess. "At least they can't easily get you..." May said before hearing a loud bang. "Are they actually shooting at her?"

"At least they can't easily get a clear..." May struggled to keep the van steady as she felt one of the tires go out.

May watched as Jess vanished into the brush as she slowed to a stop. "Great. Gonna have to go on foot." May said, grabbing her tranq gun and getting out of the van.

"Jess! Get back here!" May called out going after her.

Jess continued running off, even as the helicopter chased after her. "Should have kept some treats to lure her back..." May said, falling further and further behind.

"Wait a minute." May said grabbing something from her coat pocket. "I was saving this for easter but..." she said spraying herself with a sort of perfume as Jess stopped to smell it.

Snorting Jess locked onto the scent as she started running back toward May.

"Perfect." May said running through the woods with Jess after her before seeing a cave. "Perfect. We can hide in there."

They waited there all night until the genext guys gave up. "Ah. Finally." she said leaving with a sleeping Jess in her arms.

"Don't know what they wanted with you Jess, but they seemed rather hell bent on trying to capture the 'pig man'." May said, making her way back toward the van.
Elsewhere the men that had been in the helicopter were in an office standing at attention. "Is there a reason you aren't searching for that pig?" A woman asked as she worked on something.
