Within the world, there exists many pairs of magical ten sided dice that when rolled together cause a number of things to happen. Some have even used them for games. And this story tells of one said game.
"So glad we could gather here for game night." Missy said sitting there with Josh, Minda, Bob, Jess, Shawn, Roxy, Julius, May and June.

"Thanks for inviting us all over Missy...But what game are we playing?" Minda asked. "And are we playing on teams?" Roxy asked.

"Its not really a team game but it can be something fun." Missy said taking out two ten sided die and a scroll with numbers from 00 - 99.

"No, this is the whole game." Missy said. "These are a pair of magical ten sided die. Whatever number they land on causes some sort of magical change to happen."

"Yes. As for the scroll, it tells what sort of change the roll will cause. And the effects of the rolls become more powerful the further they are from 99." Missy said.

"Yes. The objective of the game is to roll 00. Its restarts everyone to normal but with a catch...the winner is allowed to make one permanent change to a person of their choice or to themselves." Missy said.

"I'll roll first." May said taking the dice and rolling them. "97." May said as the scroll glowed with writing appearing at 97.
