As they left the park the two made their way past fast food row. "Can we stop for something to eat?" Rose asked.

"Please. We hardly ate breakfast." Rose said. "No way. You'll swell up bigger than that balloon eating like that." Gina said as Rose groaned. Neither noticed the balloon looking a bit darker.

"Coming." Rose sighed, trying to keep up with her mother. As she ran though she started to feel a bit strange.

"Huh? I feel...funny." she said trying to keep up as she felt her footsteps becoming lighter.

"Is this because we didn't eat much?" She wondered, her balloon pulling on her a bit as she started to feel bloated. He skin started to tingle as she started to become transparent.

"Huh? Wha? Wha...mommy!" she cried out. "Rose?" Gina said turning around and gasping at the sight of her daughter.

Her daughter was floating up into the sky, looking more swollen than her balloon. Her skin was starting to turn an aqua color as Gina tried to grab for her.

"I got ya!" she said grabbing onto what was left of her daughter's foot and quickly started weighing her down.

"Why is this happening?" Rose asked worriedly. "I don't know sweetie. Just stay calm." Gina said as she held her daughter tightly.

"Let me see...ah!" she said grabbing some string from the trash as she tied it around the balloon knot that formed under her daughter. "There. That should keep you from flying away." she said tying the other end to her wrist.
