Just outside the city at the old abandoned zoo approached a man in a suit and a realtor. "As you can see, the place is in a total disarray, no animals, many pens and zero staff. I should warn you, we've sold this property numerous times but always falls apart in a month what with ordering animals and whatnot." the realtor said.

"No need to worry about that. We're more prepared than anyone else before." A woman smiled. "Yes. This should be perfect..." The man with her said.

Pulling out a pen the man went about signing the paperwork. "Mind staying for a drink?" The woman asked. "To celebrate."

Finding a good spot to sit down they waited for the woman to return with three glasses. Handing one to the realtor they clinked their glasses before drinking.
