Heading back outside she waited for a while. Soon Mrs. Claus came up with a blanket and some kind of vial.

"Oh, is that our antidote?" the replacement asked taking the blanket.

"Yes. It should cure her. The blanket will be to keep her from freezing. She's probably out grown her clothes by now."

"Oh no doubt." the replacement said as they headed over to Gingerbread Lane.

Walking over the hill both looked down at the devastated gingerbread town and the large mass nibbling on a wall at its center.

"If you say so." The replacement Mrs. Claus said. Walking over to Minda the two made their way over to her head. "Oh Minda! We have something to wash down all those yummy cookies!" Mrs. Claus said cheerfully.

"Yay!" Minda cheered as she happily chugged down the vial's contents.

Once the vial was empty the two women stepped back as Minda's stomach grumbled. Letting out a burp Minda found herself starting to tingle.
