"Yeah, but until Henry and Karen get back we won't know if their quest counted toward our number or not." Cam said. "Think we should take a local job if they aren't back by tomorrow?" She asked Beth as the barmaid returned with their waters.

"Right. Think we should explain things on the parchment, or save it for when they arrive?" Cam asked. "Probably best to tell them when they arrive." Beth said.

"I've put a few conditions on the parchment. It is embedded with the same spell I used to make us true adventurers. Meaning once someone ends up in this world, they will become like us." Beth said. "Futhermore, they should be immediately warped to the base."

"That's good. Though they'll probably still freak out." Cam said. "Yes, but they likely won't believe it's real, just as we didn't." Beth said. "Ugh...Starting to feel full and I'm not even halfway done with this..." Cam groaned, setting her fork down.
