Even though it was only half a mile Minda felt so tired that it might as well have been 10 miles. "Come on. Break's over." Fit said, giving Minda's butt a light slap. Startled Minda started jogging.

"You make it...sound so...easy." Minda said. "It isn't in the slightest. We work hard to stay in shape. Being in Central isn't easy given we don't have any chefs in our kingdom. All the food usually smells good, but I have so much to do I can hardly stop by any of the shops to try any of the treats." Fit said.

"And most of the food I eat back home is healthy so I only ever gain weight here. I actually snuck out before breakfast to get some breakfast from this bakery on the far side of the city. By the time I got back any fat I gained was burned off."
