"Uh...We were on the 4th floor. Second door on the left." She said. Grabbing her hand Andrea pulled her toward the stairs.

They reached the fourth floor as she felt the knob. "The fire hasn't reached here yet. They've likely already gotten all the children out by now. So no chance of breaking time and space." she said opening the door.

Walking inside the fire had started burning the far side of the room.

"Not good. Its spreading faster than I thought. Hey! Is there anyone here? Please speak up!" Andrea shouted.

The two listened before hearing some coughing. "In here!" A voice called out.

"Mom! Dad!" the girl said as they made their way over.

Grabbing at the door she cried out in pain. "The fire must be working its way on the other side..." Andrea said, looking around for anything to use.

"That'll work." she said grabbing some cloth and wrapping it around her hands as she turned the knob.

Opening the door flames flared up some. On the other side a man was lying unconcious on the floor, his clothes charred and a wound to his head. Sitting beside him was a woman. "Mom! Dad!" The girl cried out, the flames keeping her and Andrea back.

"This is bad. We need a way out." Andrea said looking around the room.

The fire was steadily spreading across the carpet, the rooms filling with more and more smoke. "You need to get out of here!" The woman cried out, coughing some as Andrea looked over to the kitchen sink. Hurrying over she turned it on only to find no water coming out.

"The water must have been cut off. Need a new idea." Andrea said before spying the carpets. "Grab that carpet and beat it down on the ground."

"Won't that just fan the flames?" The girl asked. "Just do it! We don't have time to argue." Andrea said as she grabbed one side of the carpet.

"The carpet's been treated with a chemical that makes it perfect for blocking fire." Andrea said as they made a path. "And you. Grab your husband and get over here! Hurry!"
