Making her way to a good spot she began covering her skin with mud, making it harder to see her in the dense jungle.

She continued running with her companion for days before reaching the old sight of the path up.

"Looks like its weakened since then." she said slowly moving stones away.

"Perhaps we can finally reach the surface world." She smiled, her companion trying to move some rocks as well.

They continued to pull away rock after rock until a bit of sunlight started to peak through. "The sky light." she said.

Smiling she kept going. However her companion quickly knocked her aside. "Hey! What was that..."
She was startled as a big rock crashed where she'd been standing.

They started again with moving the rocks as move sunlight was started to shine through.

Climbing up she found the hole looked big enough. Petting her companion on the head she squeezed in and started pulling herself toward the light.
