As she attacked it used the glove to block her spear. Two of the other three quickly attacked from her left and right.

Shale reacted by jumping before one sword got her left leg.

"Not good..." Misty said. "It's just one scratch." Sabrina said. "Yes, but we don't know if the blades are enchanted or laced with anything." Misty said. "One scratch could quickly make things harder."

"Wait, what?" Sabrina asked as Shale felt a tingle in her leg.

The third lizard lunged at her as she went to dodge. She suddenly felt her leg was heavier. Blocking another attack she glanced down at her leg.

"What's wrong with my leg? It feels...heavier." she said before getting struck on the right arm and her side.

Crying out she stabbed one of the three lizards for its attack. The others watched as the wounds she'd taken started to petrify. "Knew it. In the Wisdom level the minions were these ice bats and elementals. They were there to freeze me so mom could use some of her Wizzrobe's charged abilities on me. These minions seem to petrify." Misty said.

"And each attack will make it easier to land the next." Andrea said as the two remaining lizards attacked with their swords. The bigger one just kept its distance, ready to go on the defensive if Slate moved toward it.

"You will not run from...' Shale said as the two lizards ganged up on her and continuously attack her.

She blocked a few attacks, but a number of them hit their marks. Soon a fully petrified Shale stood there. The big lizard winded up its stone arm as it approached. With a single hit Shale was shattered into dust. The group let out gasps of shock before a light appeared behind them. Lying on the floor was an unconscious Slate. "Oh? Did you take care of her already?" Minda asked as her and Bobbi appeared in the room. "Yep. She got too focused on me, leaving herself open to my weaker friends." Bobbi giggled as a tablet appeared in her hand.
