"Well does her telepathy have levels to it to?" Minda asked. "Yes. Currently she's still on the Basic level going to advanced. She ran read minds, see their thoughts and memories, open up secret conversations with others, interpret others emotions, can communicate through emotions and speak aloud using only her mind." Andy said.

"Wow, that's quite a bit." Minda said. "Yes, though she has to be careful. Remember that weekend she was craving fish? We had her reading Nicole's mind and then there was the smell of fish cooking and Nicole's thoughts kind of became more focused than Petra's." Andy said.

"So if a persons thoughts are stronger than Petra's she can get telepathic feedback. Got it." Minda said. "Yeah, which is why we haven't included Misty in any of those tests." Andy said. "The last thing we need is her getting a mindset like Misty and wanting to fatten everyone up. With her powers it would be easy."

"Once she's more talented she could more openly check people's mind, but only if their emotions give her a bad feeling." Andy said. "I'm pretty sure her ability to sense people's emotions is why she was willing to come home with you mom."
"Yeah. She knew I had only her best interest at heart." Minda smiled as she thought back to that day. She also couldn't help thinking about the pancakes the little girl had happily made to thank her.

"By the way...how did she make that breakfast that first day?" Minda asked. "Matter Creation: its the ability to create matter from nothing." Andy said. "Its not a psychic ability but it is related to manipulations which means she can perform it easily."

"So she can create anything she imagines?" Minda asked. "Sort of. We've found that if she knows more about what she is creating then it is likely to be more accurate. If she only knows what it looks like or in the case of food how it tastes, then things could be inaccurate in some ways."
