"Not quite." She said before holding a hand up to one of the villains. A surge of chocolate was launched at the villains mouth. Struggling to stop it they found their thoughts becoming foggy as the color of their skin changed.

"Yes. With my new powers I can not only make anyone who tastes of my chocolate obedient, but if exposed long enough they'll become completely made out of chocolate like me...Granted those with powers are able to keep them, making them extra useful for flushing out pesky heroes."
