"Thank you, your majesty." Marina said. "So...any new memories come back?" the queen asked. "Just bits and pieces. I haven't told anyone yet...but...I think I was a surface dweller before I washed up here in this city.' Marina said.

"I don't know...Mother has anything like this happened before?" Kaia asked. "There are legends...But I'd need to check the royal archives to be sure. One such legend is of the old sirens. Those with broken hearts would become one if they threw themselves into the sea. Like you they'd lose their memory, but I believe most became cold and unfeeling. They became heartless." The queen said.
