By the time they got out of the forest the sun was starting to set. "Can't believe it took so long to get out of there." Bobbi said. "Well maybe if we'd stuck to the path instead of going in circles..." Minda said.

"Think most people do." Minda said as they walked around. The village was made of log cabins with big and fluffy villagers walking around. At the center of the village was a fountain of syrup with a statue of a woman posed in the center.

"Now this looks interesting." Minda said. "Excuse me, but who is the woman there? Is she someone important or is it just part of the fountain design?" Minda asked a nearby villager as Bobbi dunked a bit of the waffle sidewalk into the fountain.

"Oh, that is the goddess who created the forest." They said. "Every year we make offerings to her for teaching our ancestors how to build and craft."

"Unique name." The two said. "Is the offering soon?" Minda asked. "No. It's still a few weeks away." The villager said.

"Maybe we can come back. What do you offer to the goddess?" Bobbi asked. "Various things. Some cook dishes, others make something out of wood. We've even had a few musicians offer tunes and songs to her. Not many outsiders visit at that time."
