The four were quickly out of their seats and running outside. Other people had been attracted by the scream as well, wondering what was going on.

They figures in hoods riding off with a few people tied up. To their surprise, one of them was Henrietta as they rode off. "The heck? She got herself captured?!" Karen said. "Those guys...who were they?" Beth said. "Cultists who worship the demon lord." one of them said. "Cultists. People who partake in...blood rituals." Cam realized.

Beth and Cam each grabbed one of Chloe's arms, lifting her up as they followed after Karen. By the time they were heading out of town in the wagon the cultists had a good head start on them.
