"Yes. So many worry about how it is the key to the end that we keep it locked away instead of studying it. Some believe those who read from it will be cursed. Though even with that some of the scholars here wish they could study this, regardless of the risk."

"I agree it is silly. Though having never read it myself I can't fully dismiss it either. Could be those who died just read something that drove them insane...Or maybe it was just coincidence." They shrugged as they locked the book away.

As the door closed she sat in silence, thinking over what she had read. Nothing had mentioned a curse for reading, nor any warning like Cam had been suggesting before she'd been split into two.

"I mean sure curses in this world are real, but if the book were really cursed then those cultists would have died sooner." She said before looking over to where the book had been locked up. While part of her was unsure of the curse she couldn't help wondering what other secrets the book held.
