It was an overcast day as Bob and Minda walked through the snow. They had received a call from Lord Hugo that he had some gifts for the two of them and Jess. Unfortunately Jess still had some Christmas shopping to deal with so Bob & Minda said they'd pickup her gift. The iron gate creaked as they opened it and walked up to the front door. Minda shivered a bit as Bob knocked on the door. "Can't believe how cold it got." She said as a maid answered the door. "Well it is winter Minda." Bob chuckled. "Yeah, but it feels like it's well below freezing." She said as they stepped inside. "I can get you some hot chocolate if you'd like." The maid smiled. "Thanks, but we won't be here long." Bob said as the two headed off down the hall toward Hugo's office.
Both had been surprised to receive the call from Hugo. It had been a while since they visited the mansion to see him. He had been busy with the mansion's magic acting up, as well as a few clowns running amuck. Though to be fair Bob and Minda had been busy with raising their kids and dealing with trouble of their own. Both missed being able to sit and talk with Hugo and his family. Minda even felt bad that she hadn't kept in touch with Hugo's niece, Cindy. The two had become good friends for a bit, but with Bob and Minda not visiting as much the two had lost contact. The couple wasn't even sure if their room was even still around. Walking through the halls they soon got to Hugo's office. The two lightly knocked before Hugo told them to come in. Opening the door Bob followed Minda inside with a smile. "Lord Hugo, it has been too long." Bob said as Hugo looked up from a book on his desk.
