Unable to help herself she covered the two of them up with a blanket. Quietly closing the door she went off to finish cleaning the house so she could start on dinner.

Finishing up cleaning she got to work on dinner. The smell of food cooking started to make its way throughout the house.

"Mmm." Jess smiled as she awoke. "Hey, min...wake up." Jess said shaking her awake.

"Huh? What time is it?" Minda groaned, rubbing her eye sleepily. "Smells like dinner time. You're in for a treat. Smells like mom is making sautéed chicken." Jess said as she got up. "Dinner?" Minda said as she slowly got up.

"Well we did sleep through lunch..." Minda said, not wanting to admit she hadn't really had breakfast. Smiling Jess took Minda's hand and led her downstairs.

"Sorry we dozed off mom. It's been an exhausting day." Jess smiled. "Is it alright if Minda stays for dinner?" She asked. "Of course. I made extra just in case." Mrs. Sinclair smiled. "Mind setting the table? Your father should be home soon."
