"Do you need a box to send them in?...Or a bunch of stamps?" Dana asked as Alex headed for the back door. "No I'm good. You're welcome to read them though if you want. Just don't lose them." Alex said as she headed out after her father.

"Thanks sweetie. Bragging to your sister about those books you wrote?" Bob asked as Alex set the seasoning on a waiting tray. "I don't brag dad." Alex said. "Sure you don't." He snickered.

Looking through the freezer she grabbed the burgers before looking in the fridge for the chicken. "It's not like I'm Misty bragging about my video game skills or cooking skills." She said as she went to close the fridge.

"I'm more humble like Andy. He knows so much about plants and even has three sweet kittens, but he never brags." She said, her hair glowing a bit. "I mean even Dana bragged about how easily she keeps her figure."

Walking back out she placed the meet on the tray her father had waiting. "Thanks sweetie. You want chicken or burger?" Bob asked as the grill was warming up.

"Alright. Mind asking the other three what they want?" He asked as he placed four chicken on the grill and 3 burgers. "Sure." Alex said. She tried to figure out why her dad would think she was bragging. It wasn't like she'd told everyone she knew about her books and getting into the institute with them.
