"It was poison, wasn't it?" Jess asked. "No...I don't thi....ah!" Bob said, his body twitching again. It felt like his body was on fire.

"Oh god!" he groaned as Missy came back. "So I decided to forgive you for the hag remark you...oh lord!" Missy said walking to him. "What's wrong with him?"

"He was making something with the mice to cheer Minda up. Think all he did was poison himself." Jess said.

Missy picked up the potion and sniffed. "Not poison but...wait...did he mix what was on the counter?" she asked. "I had lent a few potions to Minda so she could study them."

Both girls stood back as Bob's arm started to grow. Grabbing at his wrist he cried out in pain as his back began to crack and lengthen.

In her room, Minda was slowly waking up before she heard a loud crash from her backyard. "What the?" she said rushing to a window.

Looking outside she saw the damaged shed that led to her lab, and the brief view of something heading around the side of her house. Rushing down she made her way to the lab to make sure everyone was alright.

"Jess! Missy! Are you okay? What was that thing? And where's Bob?" Minda asked. "That thing was Bob." Missy said.

"What?" Minda asked. "He was trying to make a potion for you, but when he tested it he turned into that thing." Jess said. "We need to go after him before he destroys the city or hurts someone."

The two rushed off after the deformed monster that was Bob as he walked around the house.
