Cleaning out the rat bones and dust she got to work. The storm raged outside with the scientist hardly batting an eye. However three thieves had found themselves out in the storm and were struggling to find shelter in the desolate kingdom.

"Yeah. Lets get inside until this storm subsides." The trio rushed toward the cabin as the storm continued raging.

They pushed the door open as Maxine aimed her raygun at them. "Now who do we have here?" Maxine asked.

The two remaining thieves were startled and quickly on guard. "Who are you? Some mad scientist who fled their kingdom?" One of the two remaining thieves asked.

"Not really. I've come to make this kingdom my new domain. My new lab while I study and perhaps take this one for myself." Maxine said. "Names Maxine though some people have called me Mad Max back in high school." she said.
