"Well what were things like before you had cancer? Was there someone you loved?" Minda asked. "I've had a few boyfriends, but none that were serious. I was single by the time I found out from the doctor about my cancer."

Minda lightly bit her lip, wondering how they would avoid the creatures with their glow. Moving carefully and quietly Raine headed for a tree before trying to help Minda up to a branch.
