Claire turns around and gives the pixie waitress an award winning smile. "Thank you.!"
"You're welcome little one." She says returning her attention to her new customers.
The shrunken girl approaches the elevator being flanked by bacon and sausage. As the door closes behind her the aroma of her food completely surrounds her.
"ROOM 1318." She says her mouth watering profusely.
When the elevator door opens Claire quickly turns and begins walking down to Katie and Ashley's room. Halfway down the hall she looks over her shoulder to check on her food and notices the pancakes floating off in the wrong direction.
"Hey come back here!!" The plate defies orders and continues to float away from her. "Stay right where you are! Come on!"
Claire lets out a frustrated sigh and rolls her eyes. She turns around motioning for the rest of the plates to stay in place, and they obediently oblige her wishes. "Nothing in this mansion is ever easy."
As Claire hurries down the hall trying to halt the pancake's escape she tips and falls flat on her face. She picks herself up and brushes the dirt off her face. The plate is now reaching the opposite end of the hallway, floating defiantly away from the angered shrunken woman. Now that it has nowhere to go Claire's sour face turns to a smirk.
"There's nowhere for you to hide."
Claire approaches the plate slowly, trying to make sure that it doesn't dodge her.
"Gotcha!" Claire yells grabbing hold of her pancakes.
But before she can turn around the door she is standing in front of opens up. A young man with a dark tan stands in the doorway, towering above her. Claire looks up into his eyes from down below his knee level
"Um. Hi!"

He smiles down at her and that alleviates some of Claire's tension, but not enough to stop her from feeling awkward.
"These pancakes seemed to have a mind of their own. Or that waitress was playing a small prank on me." She nervously giggles up at the stranger.
"It wouldn't be the first time." He too laughs a bit at the situation. "I haven't seen you around here. Are you staying on this floor?"
"Not really, I just spent the night with some friends that live down the hall. They had me go out and get breakfast this morning."
"All by yourself? That wasn't nice of them."
Claire thinks of what to say back to him, but looses her train of thought looking up into his warm smiling expression. She could feel the warm sensation of blood rushing to her cheeks as her face succumbs to a ruddy blush. She doesn't know if she is still under the effects of that aphrodisiac but for some reason this guy looks extremely gorgeous to her. Everything about him is turning her on, from his messy jet black hair to his deep brown eyes.
"They are a bit playful sometimes, but that's okay cause I enjoy their company."
Claire continues to stand there feeling tension build with each second of passing silence. Finally he speaks again making Claire fell relieved.
"You probably should get back to your friend's before their food gets cold. It's been nice meeting you, my name is Alan."
"Claire." She's barely able to get out.
Alan exits his room and starts walking down toward the elevator. He turns as he is entering and says. "I'll see you around Claire."
Claire watches as he disappears into the elevator and tries to catch one last glimpse of him before the door closes. His smile widens and he gives her a brief wave while the elevator door slides shut.
"I hope so Alan." Claire says to herself. She slowly begins walking toward the room, gathering up the rest of the plates behind her as she goes. Claire can't help but think about him the entire short walk up to the door. The way he walked, the way he talked, even the way his clothes hung loosely to his frame makes her begin to think dirty thoughts. When she reaches the door Claire gives it a weak knock, she's already daydreaming about running into Alan in the casino. The door opens slightly and Katie pokes out her head.
"Wow Claire you're back so soon?" She notices the food floating behind her and gives a laugh. "Using magic to help carry the food, you cheater!"
"How else did you expect me to do it?" Katie steps aside and lets Claire walk in, the breakfast following along behind her.
Ashley is laying on the bed, well most of her is, relaxing against the head board like she's sitting in an enormous recliner. She looks over at Claire on her way in.
"That was quick shorty. I was hoping that you'd take a bit longer cause I'm still a bit full from last night."
"Then why were you so quick to push me out the door?"
"Cause it was funny, that's why."
"Yeah, just hysterical Ash." Sarcasm is standing out clearly in Claire's voice.
The plates float up to the dining table and arrange themselves into a very appetizing pattern. Katie is quick to start serving herself some of the delicious looking eggs. Ahsley grabs one of the coffees and starts licking the whipped cream off the top before taking a large gulp.
"The sausage is mine I ordered you two bacon."
"That's okay Claire I don't even like sausage."
"Um, Claire!!!"
Claire looks over at Ashley who has a very dreadful look on her face, but before she can tell Claire what the problem is Ashley's eyes fall back in her head and she passes out on the bed spilling her coffee all over the floor.

"Ashley!!!" Katie drops her breakfast and runs over to Ashley's side.
The gigantic girl is sprawled out across half of the room, her head laying in the center of the bed. Katie tries to wake her up, but Ashley is completely dead to the world.
"Is she okay?" Asks Claire timidly.
"I don't think so." She looks down at the large spill on the floor next to her and picks up the dropped cup, noticing the dark brown residue left from the sweet beverage that it contained.
"Claire, what kind of coffee did you get us?"
All of a sudden Claire gets a very dreadful feeling down deep inside. She remembers telling the waitress that she wanted coffee, but didn't really answer her when she asked what she wanted.
"I.... I told her to sup.... surprise me."
Katie rushes to the table and picks up one of the coffees, sipping it slightly before giving Claire a cold angry stare. She didn't even have to say a word, Claire knew how much she screwed up immediately.
"You knew that she couldn't have any chocolate at all Claire! Why were you being so careless?!?!" She slams the mocha down on the table making the sweet whipped topping fly off splattering across the forgotten breakfast.
"I'm sorry Katie, I was still tired and it just slipped my mind. I didn't mean to."
"Well that's just great. Ashley's in a coma and all that you have to say for yourself is that you didn't mean to."
"I said I was sorry too!"
"I don't think that's going to mean too much right now, just look at her."
Claire does as she is told, looking at Ashley's limp form laying down uncomfortably across half the room. It didn't even look like she was breathing.
"We need to get her to a doctor." Katie tries to lift Ashley by her shoulder but finds it hard to pick up her enormous friend. "This is just great!! There's no way we can even think about moving her. Claire I need you to run down to the clinic and bring back a doctor. Do you think you can do that for me?"
"Yes Katie." She runs over to the door, and tries to jump up to reach the handle. "I'm stuck! Can I get some help!"
Katie quickly strides across the room and lets Claire out into the hallway. "Hurry Claire!!"
She bolts down the hallway as fast as she can, making it to the elevator in record time. The door magically opens for her and she slides in.
"CLINIC! HOSPITAL! DOCTOR!" She shouts anything she can think of to reach the right floor.
The door opens for her into a small waiting area with a few sickly looking guests taking it easy. She runs pass them all like lightning up to the receptionist and tries to jump up and down to get her attention.
"Friend.... needs.... help...."
The receptionist looks down at the frantic girl and can barely understand what she is trying to say. She gets up out of her seat and leans down across her desk to get a better look.
"Alright, calm down sweety. What's the emergency?"
"My friend passed out in her hotel room! She needs a doctor and quick!!"
"Do you know what caused this?"
Claire can't think strait right now, but she tries to reach into her erratic mind for the answer. "Magical Shock!"
The expression her face turns from concern to what almost looks like fear. "Are you sure?!?"
"I don't know! She fell down in the middle of the room, she doesn't even look like she is alive anymore, and she's so big that I can't even budge her! Please I really need a doctor or a nurse to come up to the room and help her." Tears begin to fall down Claire's face.
The receptionist quickly turns and disappears out the back of her office, leaving Claire standing there hoping that she's getting help. All of the sick guests have turned their attention to the tiny girl who is bawling so hard now that tears are streaming down her face like miniature waterfalls.

Claire is still crying as a lady in white robes walks up to her. She kneels down and tries to grab Claire's attention.
"Dear, can you show me this friend of yours?" Her words calm Claire's crying.
"Yeah, but I think we need to hurry."
She picks up Claire and gets up, walking quickly to the elevator. She steps inside and doesn't have to wait for Claire to enter the room number.
"ROOM 1318!!"
"Why do you think it could be magical shock?"
"Because he said it would happen."
The elevator door opens and she exits into the hallway. "Which way?"
"To the left."
She strides down the hall looking for the room that Claire mentioned earlier, not even stopping to knock as she reaches it. Bursting though the door, she gasps being very surprised by the size of her patient.
"Thank you for coming so quickly doctor. I've tried to move her up onto the bed, but she's so huge right now that i can barely even lift her head."
By the looks of Ashley her growth hadn't stopped at all after she passed out. Not only was she clearly over a foot tall now, but she's approaching at least eighteen inches in height. The fact that she had broken the casino's magical boundaries isn't lost to the physician.
"Okay, I need for you to tell me what happened to her. Please start from the beginning."
Katie and Claire take turns telling the doctor all about their dinner party last night. Claire ended the story confessing her callous actions to the doctor.
"Before she could tell me what was happening she just fainted." Claire is starting to cry again having to relive these tragic moments.
The doctor turns her attention to Ashley, using her stethoscope to listen for her heartbeat. "Well, you will be glad to know that she is alive, but her heart rate is very slow."
Claire walks over to the doctor and tries to hold back her tears. "Is there anything that I can do for her?"
"If this really is Magical Shock then there isn't much we can do." Says the doctor in a serious tone.
Hearing this makes Claire cry harder than she ever has before. "Oh Ash I'm so sorry!!"
"Claire it's okay, we will find a way to snap her out of it." Katie says trying to reassure her.
"Did you even listen to the doctor? Ashley is stuck like this, and it's all my fault!!" Claire runs out the open door and down the hallway toward the elevator.

Katie runs out after Claire. "'Little Claire'?" But just misses her as the elevator door closes.
Inside of the elevator Claire slumps down in the corner and continues to cry. She can't think of a moment in her life where she felt so bad. It felt as if she had stabbed herself in the heart. Sending Ashley into a coma is the worst thing she had ever done in her life, and the fact that she could do nothing to help her makes Claire feel completely useless. She has no idea how long she sits there as she cries herself to sleep.
A dream begins to form in Claire's mind, slowly at first as random images appear and fade away.
Katie is standing in the doorway of the dollhouse bedroom showing Claire the way to safety......
The roller-coaster approaches the apex of the Crystal Dome, Ashley peering down excitedly......
She's falling through the air, splash landing in an ice cold glass of Coke.....
Ashley taking Claire through a doorway and into a private room with a scenic view of the beach......
A monster descending upon Claire and Ashley only to be kicked away by a giantess's foot.....
The three friends looking in amazement as Gustave sets a scrumptious tray of treats before them. Claire stares at the large pot of steaming fudge, watching it with the eyes of a hawk. Slowly a swirling vortex begins to come to life in the center of the dish. Claire can't take her eyes off of it's hypnotizing motion, drawing her mind in deep. With Claire's complete attention being given to the fudge she doesn't notice Ashley slipping off the edge of her suspended dining room. She falls through the air in slow motion landing head first in the pot of melted chocolate. She surfaces for a second and breaths in deep before getting caught in the strong current that is building in the thick fudge. Claire watches stunned as her tiny friend swirls around, being sucked closer to the center of the vortex. Ashley tries to swim against the current, but gives up and starts flailing her arms around trying to get her friend's attention.
"Help! Save me!" For a second she gets pulled under the surface but fights her way back.
Claire tries to tell Ashley not to worry and that she is here to save her, but nothing happens. No words are said, she can't even open her mouth.
"Help!" She gets pulled under yet rises again. "Please Claire help me!!"
Claire tries to move, but all of her efforts are useless. It's almost like she has been turned into a statue.
"Help me! You've gotta help me Claire!!"
"Claire she needs you! Save her!!" Katie shouts in a panicked voice.
"Help me!"
"Help her!"
Ashley is close to the center now, and finds it herd to stay afloat. "Help me!"
"Help her Claire!"
Claire doesn't move at all, but inside she i trying to scream at the top of her lungs. She can't do a thing except watch as Ashley approaches the point of no return.
"You've gotta help me Claire!"
"You've gotta help her Claire!"
"You've gotta help me Claire!"
"You've gotta wake up Claire!" She feels a large hand shaking her shoulders. "Claire, you've gotta wake up!"

"Come on Claire, this isn't a place for you to be sleeping."
The voice sounds odd yet familiar to her, almost like an old friend she hasn't seen in years. She opens her beet red eyes and looks up into the concerned face of that guy she met in the hallway while returning with breakfast. She couldn't quite remember his name, it feels like a lot has happened since they first met.
"It looked like you were having a nightmare."
Claire could vividly remember the horrible dream that he rescued her from. She doesn't even think that nightmare is a strong enough word to describe what she had just been through. That feeling of complete and utter helplessness was far beyond any emotion she had felt in her life. It was so real!
"Yeah um...." She still couldn't remember his name and this made her feel completely embarrassed. "I was."
"Are you okay Claire? Those friends of yours didn't do anything to hurt you did they?"
"No." She thinks about telling him about what really happened, but just feels too embarrassed to tell him.
Thought flow through Claire's mind telling her that he would hate her if she gave him the truth but at the same time she also needs someone.
"Let me help you up." He bends down and reaches out his hands.
She accepts them willingly and lets him pull her up to her feet.
"ROOM 1331"
The elevator door opens and he leads her out into the hallway. He starts walking with her toward the apartment still holding one of her hands as she moves sluggishly along. As they approach the door Claire's apprehension increases dramatically.
"I don't think that I'm ready to go back in there." She says quietly.
"What did they do to you Claire? You can tell me, I can help you." His concern sounds completely genuine.
"They didn't do anything wrong. It was me that screwed up!"
As they near the room he can see Claire tense up and almost cringe away from the portal. He kneels down trying to bring their eyes to a closer level, putting his large hands on her shoulders.
"I'm sure that you didn't do anything too bad Claire. Whatever it was they should forgive you."
"You have no idea." She says weakly.
"Well let's see if I'm right." He stands up and knocks on the ominous door.
They wait for an endless second in dead silence for someone to answer the door. He looks down at Claire with a smile she is sure was meant to help reassure her, but his attempts aren't going to work.
"Maybe they are out in the casino looking for you right now." But just as he finishes the door opens.
Standing over him is the amazonian form of Katie, she looks sad and completely drained of all of her usual energy. The top of his head only comes up to her collar bone, and he is quite surprised that Claire's friend is so large. She frowns down at him in a matter that makes her look bored with his presence.
"Oh hi Katie." He says with an embarrassed smile. "I found someone in the elevator that you might like to see."
He steps out of the way revealing Claire's presence to Katie causing her frown to perk up slightly.
"Claire?" She looks down at the tiny emotional girl trying hard not to resume crying. "I was so worried that I'd never see you again."
Hearing this raises Claire's mind out of the pit of despair. "I.... I thought that you hated me now."
"I don't hate you. I was mad, but I know that you didn't mean to hurt Ash on purpose."
"Is Ashley still..."
"Yes she's still deep in a coma, but the doctor left to seek a second opinion."
Katie steps out of the way and lets Claire through the door. Alan follows behind her, and when he sees Ashley his jaw drops. She is larger than ever, almost nineteen inches tall.
"Wow! That's a big girl."

While waiting for the doctor to return, Claire confessed to Allan the reason why Ashley is unconscious. When she is over his cheerful attitude wavers a bit. He looks over at the slumbering giantess with a frown that shows deep pain.
"So she's?"
"Yes, the doctor confirmed that there are extremely high levels of magic flowing though her. She said that if Ash didn't have Magical Shock then she is under an impossibly powerful spell, and there is no way that she could possibly break it by herself. She really needs to return soon cause something has to be done about Ash's growth."
Ashley had become the largest thing in the room twice over. It's getting to the point that wherever you go in the room is either being taken up by her massive body or bordered by it. Her right leg has grown so long that her foot is resting against the bathroom door, completely blocking it. The bed is now starting to look more like a pillow to her, and it's amazing that it hasn't been completely crushed by her mammoth weight. Claire approaches her and touches Ashley's cool skin, feeling insurmountably dwarfed by the girl that is now twenty times her size.
"There isn't much more room for her to grow in here Katie."
"Yeah, I've noticed that."
"Why didn't the doctor shrink her?"
"She tried Claire, it didn't work."
"What do you mean it didn't work? She's still growing so why can't they just reverse it."
"She said it had to with her condition. She has so much magical energy coursing through her right now that whatever we try to do just bounces off."
"Bounce?!?"
"Yeah it was actually a little funny now that I think about it. The doctor tried to cast a shrink spell on her, but it reflected right back on the doctor. By the time that she gave up and went out to find a second opinion she was so small that you would consider her tiny."
Just then they hear a knock at the door. Katie walks over and opens it up, checking outside hoping for the doctor to return. But when she opens the door she is quite surprised to see the mansion's owner Hugo Prosperio.
"Lord Hugo, what a pleasant surprise."
"Thank you my dear. I just wish that it was under more pleasant circumstances." He enters the room holding the tiny doctor in his hand.
He approaches the sleeping giantess, his usually cheerful demeanor transforms into one that would reflect the seriousness of the situation. He seems to sniff the air around her looking for any clues to help with his guest's condition.
"Dr. Crawford you are absolutely right, this is far more than a normal case of Magical Shock."
"Yes I figured as much. Her continued growth is what made me consider it in the first place, and when my spells backfired I had no clue what was wrong with her."
"You were very right to get me. There's no telling what could have happened if you tried to fix this all by yourself."
"What's going on?!?" Katie says interrupting their conversation.
"Oh, I'm sorry my dear." Says Hugo turning to look at the worried group of guests. "Your friend is not afflicted by a normal case of Magical Shock. Usually the victim will have all of the magical effects they are under nullified, but as you can see that isn't the case. Not only that, but my magic will not work on her in this condition. I would have told you that it was a good idea to bring her in the casino, but she somehow broke the powerful size limitations, and isn't going to stop growing soon. Something has to be done and soon before she outgrows this room and becomes a hazard to the other guests."

As if on cue Ashley has another growth spurt causing the extremely tough bed to finally give up. They can hear the magically reinforced wooden frame splintering and watch as it disappears beneath her. Hugo takes a step back and motions for everyone else to do the same. Everyone can feel the floor under them vibrate as her legs grow longer, pushing her large feet across the room. Just as suddenly as the growth began it comes to a screeching halt.
"Dr. Crawford will you please inform casino security that we need to evacuate all guests immediately." Hugo says setting the tiny lady down on the floor.
"Yes sir, right away!" Katie opens the door for her and the shrunken physician runs down the hallway toward the elevator.
Hugo turns toward the group of worried guests. "Normally we would just let the victims of Magical Shock rest for as long as it would take for the overload of magic to dissipate, but that's not going to be an option this time."
"Can she burst out of this room?" Asks Katie.
"She can, and she will."
"Is there anything that we can do to help?" Claire speaks up.
"My dear I fear that there is almost nothing that can be done. We may just have to let her destroy the casino. she may have some minor injuries from the experience, but at her size I'm sure they won't be any worse than cuts and bruises."
"But what if she does get hurt?" Claire looks up at Hugo with her tear soaked eyes.
Hugo's resolve seems to waiver a bit when looking at the emotional girl. He looks as if he's about to say something, but stops and turns away toward the giantess.
"Lord Hugo, please. You said that there is 'almost' nothing that can be done. What can I do to help Ashley? I'll do anything, I swear!"
"You don't understand young lady. I can't even let that option be on the table. It's far too dangerous, and could put the entire mansion in danger."
"I won't let anything happen to your mansion, I love this place."
Hugo looks as if he is in deep thought before he turns away again. "No, if anyone is going to put themselves in danger it's going to be me."
"With all due respect sir, I've been in some kind of danger ever since I started exploring your mansion yesterday evening. I'm sure that whatever it is won't be too much of a challenge to me."
A smile breaks through Hugo's serious expression. "Such courage in the face of danger, you have quite a heart in you Claire."
"If it wasn't for me this wouldn't even be happening at all. I just can't stand back and watch the casino get crushed because I was being careless. Please sir, please tell me what have to do and I will do it. I swear!"
"You think that you're up to the challenge, but I'm still not sure if you are. Let me tell you a story my dear. If you can still find the courage to stand afterwards then I may just let you press your luck."

Hugo walks over and picks up a chair that was overturned in Ashley's last growth spurt, setting it up in front of the intrigued guests.
"My throat is a bit parched." As soon as he's done speaking a glass filled with a bubbly golden beverage appears in his hand.
He sips from the glass before setting it down on a small table that suddenly appears out of nowhere.
"Okay this tale begins like most sad stories do, with a broken heart. A great many years ago, long before I had inherited the mansion, there was a young woman who lived on the other side of this valley. She had a beauty that could eclipse a thousand suns and a wit that was sharper than the deadliest dagger. Every day I would watch as she walked down a hill and across a mile of plains to take a relaxing swim in my pond. That was until I built up enough nerve to venture out and invite her up to the mansion after her swims. At first she would just come in for a few minutes and enjoy a nice snack, but then our talks went on longer and longer until one night it was too dark for her to make her journey back across the valley. I invited her to stay in one of my guest bedrooms, and she jumped at the chance to spend the morning here at the mansion."
Claire perks up hearing these words. Hadn't her adventure in the mansion start in a similar way?
"Her first night here at my mansion changed both of our lives forever. She explored a few of the magical rooms by herself, ending up lost and shrunk in one of the back hallways. The next morning she woke up thinking her whole adventure was just a dream. That was until she noticed that her bed looked larger than most houses do." Hugo laughed a bit bit remembering the moment clearly like it was yesterday.
"I know exactly how she must have felt, there were a few moments last night that seemed almost too surreal." Claire looks at Hugo with a sincere expression.
"It's very true that the mansion has the ability to bend reality in a way that can confuse new guests. But her reaction wasn't that of confusion or of fear." Hugo's smile shines brightly at these words. "Curiosity won her over in most cases. Being as resourceful as she was, she managed to climb down off of her bed and walk all the way to the dining room to join me for breakfast."
"After that day I can't remember if she ever made that return trip to her home. It seemed like we spent days at a time talking and enjoying any surprises the mansion had in store for us. She Just loved transforming into anything at all, she thrived on change. I seen how much fun she was having and that gave me the idea to invite even more guests to the mansion. At first she was really enjoying herself much like everyone else. But then she just started to change, and it wasn't for the good."
He pauses adding a bit of tension to the moment. Claire couldn't tell if he was doing it on purpose just to scare her.
"Back in those days I hadn't installed any of my enchantments that shield the guests from excessive spells. And my poor Rose Marie, she had absorbed so much magic that she was even starting to cast amateur spells herself. I thought nothing of it at that time thinking it was quite nice that she might be given a chance to have a gift like mine. By then I was completely infatuated by her, and would give her the moon and the stars if desired. Little did I know, she was hiding her true feelings about sharing the mansion and I with all of these new strangers. It got to the point where she was so jealous of the attention I was showing guests that she started doing things to them."
"What kind of things? Like a few pranks?"
"There were pranks at first, but then it started getting much worse. Are you sure that you really want to know?"
"Yes sir, I won't be afraid." Claire exudes confidence.
"You're curiosity might get you hurt one day young lady. Her next actions might just change your mind."

"I have a bad feeling that she started kidnapping guests long before anyone suspected foul play was involved in the disappearances. And it still sends a chill down my spine imagining what fate those poor soul met. It took weeks and weeks of constant pleading from several of my most trustworthy guests before i finally gave in and searched Rose Marie's room."
He reaches out and takes another drink from his glass. Claire notices that he is trembling nervously like this story is opening old wounds.
"She had become a lot more powerful than I could have ever imagined by then. so much that it took me ten minutes of dedicated searching to discover the enchantment she cast concealing the entrance to her secret chamber. Inside I found a half dozen of my guests trapped in cages, suffering the effects of Rose's wicked experiments. She was using them as lab rats, twisting and distorting their humanity in ways that no one is deserving. After learning about her horrible secrets I almost couldn't bring myself to confront her about them. She was an important part of my life by then, and I felt completely torn in half from my discovery. But I just couldn't allow monstrosities like this to go on without consequence."
The three guests are completely enthralled by Hugo's words, waiting patiently as he pauses to collect himself.
"I spent the rest of the afternoon alone in the study wondering if this was truly the end of what seemed to be a perfect relationship. Tn the end I decided to just confront her about it and let her next actions speak for themselves. I found her in the garden with an armful of magical herbs that I have no doubt were going to be used for some sinister purpose. She looked up at me with her deep aquamarine eyes and in that moment I contemplated taking her in my arms and whispering in her ear that everything was going to be okay, that we could run away together and leave this mess forever. Then an image flashed in my mind, one of those savagely transformed guests. His face completely void of sanity as his body was grotesquely twisted into that which nightmares are made of. I just couldn't bring myself to abandon my family for someone that was capable of such horrors. I asked her to follow me into the mansion and lead her all the way down to her room before turning around to steal one more glance at her beauty."
"At first she just denied everything, but when I showed her that I knew about the entrance she immediately started changing. She wasn't willing to back down and her defiance of these people's freedom even after I told her that it was over between us surprised me even more. She told me that she wasn't afraid of me or my magic because her power had grown to surpass mine. I ignored her threats and tried to stun her but my spells didn't work at all. She had somehow found a way to absorb my magic so that everything I tried was useless."
"What did you do?!" Asks Claire.
"There was nothing I could do. She cursed me into a doll and paraded me around in front of the entire mansion. My family and guests put up a strong defense against her, but in the end all the mansion they could accumulate was useless. The combined efforts of a small band of guests was what it took to take her into custody. She refused to tell us how she was able to nullify our spells, and with her having this ability we knew that just making her leave the mansion wouldn't do a thing to stop her. So I made the decision to seal her away. I took all of her belongings and created a room that even she couldn't escape from. Her ability to absorb magic remains a mystery to this day, without anyone being able to replicate it. If she is still alive only her will know how to drain the intense flood of magic being held inside of Ashley."
"Okay so we have to convince a bitter old witch to help return Ashley to normal. That doesn't sound too hard."
"Claire I admire your confidence, but I feel that you are about to take on more than you can handle."

All of a sudden they hear a loud creaking noise and look over seeing Ashley's breasts being mashed against the ceiling. She start growing during Hugo's story and was now on the verge of bursting into another room. They all step out of the way, trying to stay clear of any harm.
"We need to do something, and fast!" Says Katie backing toward the door.
"Everyone, follow me!!" Hugo exits into the hallway and as soon as the they are all safe everyone hears a loud crack. A young couple laying in the bed next door wake up as the wall behind them shatters to pieces. An extra large foot tosses them and their bed across the room. Ashley is now being squeezed by the floor and the ceiling, her deep rest unflinching from the pressure her body is feeling.
"Oh no!" Claire screams at the top of her lungs.
Everyone starts to feel a slight tremor as Ashley's growing body is too much for the room to take. Plaster and wood begins to give way around her and the group huddles together. Then a resounding crack is heard throughout the entire casino. Dealers look up from their tables. Gamblers watch as their stacks of chips begin to clatter and shake. Some of the guests that are already being evacuated pause for a second in the lobby, an abnormal silence clings in the air as the constant sounds of the slot machines has been replaced by hundreds of guests waiting for whatever is happening next. Ashley's expanding ass starts to cave in the room below her, and all of her friends are stunned there gawking in the hallway.
"Can she really destroy this place? The casino seems too expansive." Asks Katie.
"The casino does have enchantments to enhance it's volume, but even those can't do a thing under these conditions."
And then just as quickly as her growth starts, it comes to an end. Claire approaches the door, and is held back by Hugo's large hand just as a chunk of the ceiling crashes down right in her path She turns and smiles up at him.
"Thanks."
"The safety of my guests is always my number one priority my dear."
Claire goes to enter the room again and is stopped by Katie's voice.
"I think we should leave her Claire."
"But..... Look at her!"
"She'll be fine. It's us I'm worried about. One wrong move and that ceiling will cave in on us."

"But...."
"Come on Claire, we're still going to help her, but there's nothing we can do right now."
Claire stands there in the doorway watching bits and pieces of plaster fall periodically across the room. Ashley's face is covered in it, her expression frozen into a sleepy smile like she is having a nice dream. Everyone begins to move down the hallway, Claire is still stuck in place staring at the collateral damage. Without notice Katie bends down and scoops her up, the tiny girl giving no protests. She holds her tightly to her chest in a gentle grip, trying to comfort Claire as best she can during this emotional moment. Everyone piles into the elevator just as they hear a sudden crash down the hallway. Claire buries her face in Katie's cleavage and begins to cry once more, her salty tears coating her immense mammaries.
"LOBBY." Hugo says without emotion.
The door opens to a frantic madhouse, people are running in every direction yelling out the names of their friends. in the confusion many of the guests got lost, increasing the insanity in here by a factor of 10. Hugo, Alan, and Katie stay in one defined group as they shuffle towards the door, the crowd around them more concerned with what is happening than getting to safety.
"Attention all casino guests!!" A voice is heard across the whole building. "I repeat, Attention!!! The casino staff would like you to exit in an orderly fashion. This is not a drill!!"
"This won't be good!" Katie sighs.
The crowd around them seems to all panic at once. It's as if every person in the lobby is breaking for the exit at the same time. Suddenly they are completely swarmed. The insanity of the moment completely overtakes Katie and she loses Hugo in the crowd.
"Hey wait up!"
Katie maybe larger than Claire, but she's only a little over six inches tall. Many of the people surrounding her now are at the casino's height limit and she feels almost claustrophobic surrounded by the giantesses. Finally she sees the familiar carvings near the entrance and is guided out the door to the awaiting sight of Alan.
"I was starting to get worried that you were both trapped in there!"
"It was scary, but we made it."
"There's no time to sit and talk. If you are wanting to help Ashley then follow me now."
Hugo leads them out of the casino's gates heading for the other side of the crawlspace. The amusement park looms overhead like a forgotten wonder.

Katie looks over her shoulder and watches the crowd building outside of the casino swell as the lobby empties into the garden. She thinks about the last few moments she spent with Ashley in their room, laughing and having a great time until things changed forever. Feeling Claire stir on her chest she looks down into her tear soaked eyes, eyes that seem to beg from forgiveness with their sad desperate stare.
"Katie...."
"Yes 'little Claire'?"
"I promise that whatever it takes I'll fix this, somehow I'll find a away."
"I know."
Hugo leads them past 'The 6" Spot' and into the amusement park's gates. He doesn't break step, continuing in the same direction at a quick pace. People all around them are playing and carrying on without a care in the world. Katie envies them, and hugs Claire a little closer when a nice but painful memory surfaces in her mind. The first time she met Ashley, her energetic and playful personality evident from day one. The way her smile was infectious to the point that no one couldn't help but join in. Their chance meeting in the casino's lobby replayed in her mind several times in that short walk to the other side of the crawlspace. As they approach the stairwell leading up to the Size Room Hugo turns and takes them up to a blank part of the wall. He raises his hand and out of nowhere a doorway appears.
"This way." He says disappearing through the portal.
Katie and Alan follow along, emerging into an expansive room that makes them feel like dolls. It takes a moment for Katie to recognize the room, although it's her first time walking into Hugo's study she has seen it on the roller-coaster many times. Mountainous chairs and a monolithic desk rise up hundreds of feet into the air, Hugo approaches his writing desk and snaps his fingers instantly returning to his normal height.
"Now I won't be going with you for obvious reasons, but I don't want you to go in empty handed."
He opens up a drawer and pulls out a necklace with a finely polished peridot. Bending down he picks up the group of friends and holds out the gigantic jewel for them to see.
"If there is any point that you feel the need to escape, then hold this tightly in your hands and I will transport you back here if I can. But I don't want you to rely on this in a life or death matter. Remember She was able to make my magic useless before." He closes his hand around the necklace tightly and when he opens it up the jewel has vanished.
"What did you do to it?!" Gasps Katie.
"I know." She looks down at the shrunken girl in her arms and sees the tiny peridot shining around her neck.

Claire raises the jewel around her neck enough so she can get a better look at it. It's polished surface makes the milky yellow jewel seem vibrant and alive.
"Now don't you go losing that Claire." Says Katie.
"I'll keep it safe, you can count on it."
Hugo opens up another drawer an his desk and pulls out a jagged key that looks almost misshapen and then walks across the study approaching his bookshelf. He sets the group down on a central shelf and proceeds to pull out three large and thick books right near them.
"This is the final resting place of Rose Marie." He reaches out with the key and Katie pokes her head around a novel to see him inserting it into a key hole.
"You say that like she's dead."
"The woman I fell in love with died long before this witch was imprisoned here." With a bit of effort Hugo turns the key releasing a series of clanking sounds.
The three tiny people watch as the outline of a door appears around the key, just the right size for them tom walk through. It's amazing to say the least.
"Okay now you should just be in and out in no time, the home I created for her in there isn't very large."
As they approach the opening Claire speaks up. "Katie you can put me down now, I can walk from here."
"Are you sure?"
"Don't worry, I'll be fine."
Katie bends down and gently sets Claire down on the bookshelf letting her take off for the door at a quick pace. Claire reaches the key and uses all of her strength, but can't open the door.
"A little help here would be nice!" Alan and Katie make it to the door and pull it open effortlessly revealing just a portal of darkness.
"I can't believe how weak I am." Claire sighs.
"Don't worry Claire, Hugo said we just need to go in and find out how to help Ashley, and then get out. I'm sure we could come up with a good sob story to convince to old witch to help us."
All of them walk in together into complete darkness.
"Hugo was right! This house isn't big at all!" Katie is able to touch the walls with her fingertips.
"Um Katie will you please pick me up again!" Claire sounds worried.
"What is it 'little Claire'? Are you getting scared?"
"Yes Katie! You still have shoes on, we aren't in a house!!"
