"Watch." The doll brought up a security recording in the room which replayed from the moment Josie, Ronnie and Cassie entered the room and phased out at the point where the room became filled with vapours. "I think I know how you know these other two." The doll slinked away and bowed her head, tears falling from her eyes. "It's my fault, I did this, but why? How could I have been so cruel and heartless, it doesn't feel right for me." the doll sobbed, clearly the transformation had given her a massive change of heart, in fact she's probably a completely different person now.

Josie looked at the other doll; she went over and hugged her. "It's okay, you're not that person anymore. If you were, you prolly would've tried to kill me or something already."

She looks up, wiping the tears from her eyes. "I couldn't imagine being like that woman, it's like someone drove her insane, I wont be like her, I just can't." She took a deep breath "See if your friend in the chamber is alive, I'll see if I can fix this machine and get the two of you back to human, although I'm not sure about the third girl, she looks dead." She walked over to the console once more and began running a diagnostic on it.

Josie nodded and went over to the opening of the chamber. "Uhm... hey, wake up..." She poked the girl. Ronnie's eyes flew opened. Josie gasped and stumbled backward, startled.

"Are you alright?" The doll spoke as she heard a bit of noise, continuing to go through the diagnostic. "Oh I found the problem, when you have a moment I might need a hand moving the statue over here." the readout determined that Cassie had breached containment when she was pushed over. "Uh oh!" the doll spoke as she looked over the functions and such for the machine.

"Yeah..." Josie answered and looked over. "Uh oh?! What uh oh?!" Ronnie stepped out of the chamber and stumbled a bit, trying to balance herself.

"Well, the good news is I can repair the breach once we move the porcelain girl, the bad news is this process is irreversible. I could try but the odds are it will scramble the DNA completely causing the person to die or be horridly deformed at best." The doll sighed, wiping tears from her eyes. "Although I can apparently use the machine to at least make people look how they used to look and on the up side apparently aging is no longer a factor." Obviously the doll was trying to make the situation seem less horrid than it had become.

Josie looked down. "Oh..." Ronnie looked around and started toddling around, like she'd just learned how to walk.

"Oh good she's alive! Now to figure out what happened to the last girl." the doll spoke as she went through the computer data and eventually pulled up comparative data between the only two living subjects that had been in the chamber. "Come take a look at this! I think I may have a little detail regarding the lifeless porcelain girl on the floor." She continued to go over the data having brought up two windows on the screen one labeled "Live Subject A" and the other "Live Subject B". As a result the comparisons showed the genetic age of both Subjects, apparently A having an unknown age, also 5'10" and weighing close to 200 lb. Subject B's data more fit the profile for Ronnie. Although significant data, what had been highlighted were the sections of chromosomes, before and after the infusions. Subject A was 27 before and 24 after, where Subject B was 23 before and 24 after. The doll points at this area on the screen. "Notice that difference?"

"So whatever happened it removed chromosomes from the porcelain girl, which is odd cause humans only have 23 pairs not 27 pairs. I'm not sure what this means entirely or why she just simply turned to porcelain, when the rest of us are apparently still alive." The doll walked over to Cassandra and investigated her closely. "she's not porcelain." The doll spoke a bit nervous as she touched the statue.

Josie walked over to Cassandra and touched her again. "What? Then what is she?"

The texture of Cassandra although was definitely similar to porcelain but felt more like smoothed stone. "I believe her skin has become marble, but I can't be certain." The doll ran her hand along Cassandra's side, then shoved the statue over, so she could reach the breach in the machine and make the needed repairs. "I'm going to try fixing this breach and then we can try putting her back in the chamber, maybe it will help, but I'm not certain."

Josie nodded, looking down at the fallen friend she couldn't remember.

A few minutes passed and the doll managed to repair the breach and even reinforced the area. "Okay, can you give me a... What was that?" the doll spoke as she tried to lift the heavy statue and it developed cracks. The doll jumped back frightened. "I didn't do anything!"
