Some had dropped their weapons, no longer wishing to serve the queen. The rest however just seemed distrustful of both the queen and Jaina. It seemed they would need more than words as proof they should follow her.

"At the moment, the queen has vanished, and no one have seen her, i'm the only heir to the throne left. I've tried to lead before, a small group of people knows that" I wasn't a lie, in this reality i remember when i was younger I was put to lead a small part of the kingdom along with my siblings and the advisors, our father thought it would be a good idea at the time. "I will do my best to lead you, if you would accept me as your leader"

The archer looked up at Jaina as some of the men began kneeling. "I'll follow you when our homes are free of those retched dragons." He said as the women and children began packing.

"The dragons have already retreated back to their caves, they have what they wanted" I said, counting on the fact that it was most likely true

"We'll see if you're telling the truth." The archer said, signalling for the men to start breaking down the tents. "If not, this arrow will free our lands...from you." He said, holding out one of the arrows from his quiver.

Once the site was packed up Rea and Jaina began leading them back through the forest. Flutter gently landed on Jaina's shoulder, fluttering furiously. You sur...best to...lie about...dragon's already....gone?

I nodded enough so flutter maybe could feel it, but not enough for the others to notice. I remembered seeing the bronze dragons leave the village and heading towards the temple when i was on my way back, probably helping the mistress cleaning up.

Flutter quickly took off, disappearing from sight in a few minutes. "Everything alright princess?" Rea asked, noticing Jaina staring off ahead.

"Everything is quite alright Rea" I said, unwillingly showing some signs of the opposite

"Doesn't look like you believe that..." Rea whispered, looking up sadly at Jaina. "What wrong?"

"I'll explain when we get back to the castle" The walk to the village was shorter than the walk from the cave, we was there in the afternoon, not a dragon in sight

The archer walked past Jaina, bow at the ready as he and the men began checking the village. Flutter came flying out of a house and landed on Jaina's shoulder. No....Dragon...left... Flutter said as Rea looked up at Jaina. "Time to talk about what's wrong?" She asked quietly.
