It had been a long and arduous week, Shana was now traveling home from her week long business trip. Along the way she had gotten turned around and now found herself completely lost and unable to find her way back to the correct highway. Seeing the mansion as she came upon it, she turned up the driveway, not sure why, but feeling that she would find assistance to her dilemma here. Shana parked her car in the driveway then got out, locking the doors behind her out of habit. She approached the front doors and used the available doorbell or knocker.
Shana stands about five foot seven, a slight but healthy build, faintly tanned olive skin, long delicate fingers, a modest chest and matching hips. Shana's complexion holds within it a natural softness. Her big brown eyes are like a natural sedative, lulling a person into gazing upon her as though she were attempting to hypnotize those who look into her eyes for too long. Shana's hair is a radiantly glowing silky brown, which invites a person to stroke her hair, although it is quite intricately braided and coiled into a professional looking bun. She is clothed in smart looking business dress, sporting a navy formal dress coat, a matching mid length skirt, and a mid to light grey formal blouse. Her legs are covered by run-free nylons which are a matching grey to her blouse and she stands upon black pumps with a modest length heel.

The doorbell rang loudly, echoing from inside the house. A few moments of silence follwed, but suddenly the door swung open. A man in a butler's uniform helpfully brought you in. As he did, the sky opened, and rain poured from above in buckets. The man offered you the chance to stay until the rain cleared up.
"Pick any room you like!" he said with a friendly smile.

Shana was about just ask how to get on her way when fate would spurn her with rain. She quickly jolted in out of the rain and smiled to the man.
"Thank you." Shana looked down the hall and blinked at all the doors, shaking her head in slight disbelief. "Are you sure this is no trouble?" She spoke as her hand went to the door knob of one of the doors along the hall.

The door seemed odd. Most of the doors were a heavy oak, stained with age, but this, while old and cracked, was white with red stripes. Coming from the room was the smell of cotton candy.

Shana shrugged and entered through the doorway, looking in upon what looked like a parlor for entertaining guests although the style seemed quite outlandishly like something seen in a cartoon, a circus or perhaps both. In her surprise, Shana released the door which slammed shut behind her.
"Uh hello?" She called out trying the door which seemed stuck. "Can I get a bit of help here? The door is stuck."

"Oh, hello there!" came a sweet sounding voice. It was that of a girl. Turning around, Shana saw a girl her age, but she looked like something out of a cartoon. Large three fingered gloves on her hands, huge bubble-toed shoes, curly red hair, pale as snow skin, and clown designs painted on her face. She straightened out her polka-dotted dress and walked over.
"It's so exciting to see a new face."

Shana shook her head and squinted her eyes.
"Your hands...Your face... this room? Uh what's the deal, miss...?"
Although Shana had no aversion to clowns the look of the woman before her although clearly a clown still didn't seem like the clowns she had seen at the circus or performing at her nieces' and nephews' birthday parties and that above all added to her unease.

"Ah, this is the Clown Room! We get real silly here." she said.

"Silly? It figures, I should have guessed from the door. Look I just want to wait out the rain, then get on my way miss clown, alright?" Shana knew she was stuck in the room for at least the time being, so she wasn't about to create waves and make her time less enjoyable than it could be.

"Oh, well, do you want to have a slumber party with me?" she asked.

Shana shakes her head and smirks "Yeah sure, but I doubt I'll be here that long."

Shana walks over to what appears to be a beanbag chair and slumps into it with a sigh. "So what exactly do we do in this slumber party of yours?"

"We can play dress up!" she said with a laugh. "Make you less boring."

"Seriously? I don't see anything wrong with my clothes, although I have been in them for a week and it wouldn't hurt to get into something a bit more relaxed and colourful, but lets not get absurd, I'm not a clown after all." Shana commented casually.

Shana thought for a moment. "Actually do you have something to drink? Perhaps some water?"
