As if having somehow survived a frontal assault from a dust storm, Tony enters a room in the mansion with a bit of a stagger. His notebook is in hand, and his brown hair is loosely allowed to swish about his head. Looking to be exhausted, he gazes about the room.
Shaking off the apparent deja vu he feels, he takes a deep breath, and looks over the notes that he has jotted down.

Suddenly the notepad vanished from his hands.
"Hello there again, Tony" said the familiar voice of Lord Hugo.

I blink as my notebook just disappears into thin air. I look at my empty hands for a moment, as if expecting it to reappear. Of course my efforts are fruitless, and my burdenless hands remain that way.
It is then that I hear Hugo's voice behind me, I swivel where I stand and reply in a somewhat surprised tone "Oh, ah, hey there Lord Hugo."

"Sorry about the notepad, but without things are much more interesting, don't you agree?"

I frown at that, "I'm not sure I follow exactly." Take a few moments to think, I blink absent mindlessly. Rubbing my neck, I finally respond "...well. To admit that is the case, I would imagine."

"Adventure is much more fun if you don't know what's going to happen. No cheating allowed" he laughed as he held up the notebook and you watched it turn to flame in his hand before vanishing.

Before I can react all my work vanishes in a puff of smoke and cinders. The former notebook settles into a neat pile of soot. Knowing that all the material is lost, I run my hands through my hair in thought.
Turning around once more, I tug on the doorknob of the room and find it locked. Muttering, "...oh geez." I face the rest of the room, and let Hugo's words echo in my mind.

The room seemed like a normal bedroom, as did most of Hugo's rooms, but you knew better...but what did it hold. What secrets hid inside?

I feel somewhat naked without my notebook, simply because it's been a traveling companion through my journey at the mansion, and before. Embolden by my own sense of curiosity, I press on -- wandering into the room. Making a mental check, it's quickly noted that is a closet, wardrobe, bed, and a few others pieces of furniture. Knowing perfectly well that anything can happen, I make a cautious plan of action.
I throw my jacket onto the bed, and then sit on it -- taking a moment to rest.

"Hello there" said a voice... a small voice, but clear none the less.

Not having expected to hear a voice, I sit up from my relaxed position. Alert once more, I look around the room, scanning for that voice... the small voice. Hmm. I keep my eyes lowered just for that reason.

There on the nightstand next to the bed in the room, stood a glowing light. It seemed to take the shape of a female.

Squinting for a moment trying to back out the nimbus of the figure, quickly concluding that the voice came from the shape, I lean forward and finally reply "...oh. Umm. Hello?"

"Hi there!" the figure giggled.

Running my fingers through my hair for a moment to collect my thoughts, I quickly decide that flashing a smile would be the best way to show my intentions! ...well. Unless the small figure finds a being, with a mouth larger then she is, showing his death as a sign of aggression...
Bending down a bit to both scrutinize and inspect this cheerful iota of a person, I give another greeting "...indeed! Hello down there!"
