I look a little down, steadying my breath, as I look over at her. She easily walks back over, with a bit of quickness. "Sorr...sorry. I have a tiny fear of hight, and this size , i think it looks like mile to the bottom."

"Oh..." Delia said, looking down over the branch. She started flying around the tree seeming to be looking for something. After several minutes she returned and picked you up. It didn't help your fears that she was flying higher into the tree.

She flew me up higher, and I tried to relax, looking at her and not the ground, till she settle down on a higer branch, when i looked around, i noticed she made a sorta next. I made for a bit of a platform to rest on, and a lip on it so it not easy to fall out. She flew a little bit more, stretching her wigs in the fresh air, and made sure her make shift nest would be perfect.

You watched as she flew out of sight before making yourself comfortable in the nest. Somewhere she'd found a bit of cloth which helped with some of the discomfort of the twigs. As you were settling into the nest you heard something land hard behind you. You turned around in surprise to see a small bird, or rather it would be small if you were normal size, on the branch. The two of you stared at each other for a bit before you noticed its wing sprawled out on the branch.

"Delilah...Delilah!" I say in almost a silent whisper. I slowly back away, as the bird head moves quickly, looking around. My back hit the lip edge, as I look up, i realized i have to climb out, to get away. The bird jumped into the next and looking around again. I try ti climb out, but my injury is still a slight bother. I am still healing i figured. I look back, not wanting to be bird food.

The bird looks at you curiously before chirping rather loudly. You put your hands over your ears and close your eyes as you call out to Delilah again. After a few minutes of nothing you open your eyes to see the bird making itself comfortable, its one wing still sprawled out like it was broken. "What's wro...Who's this?" Delilah asked, fluttering up behind you.

I was slightly scared by Delilah return. "Oh thank god your back. This giant... um bird, it suddenly came into the nest. Delilah looked at it." She started making some kind of noise, directing it at the bird.

The bird looked at her in confusion before closing its eyes. Puffing her cheeks out as she glared at the bird angrily Delilah took in a deep breath before letting out a screech like a raven. The bird opened its eye and hopped out of the nest with one wing flapping, obviously startled. When you heard another large bird cry behind you you couldn't help but smile at Delilah...Until you noticed the worried look on her face and realized that last cry wasn't from her.

a couple birds come, to the shock of Delilah. She flies at me at her full speed, garbing me, and taking off, just as a bird landed almost on top of me. It hit me almost like a punch, as she took off, the birds not following. "What happen" i said a bit groggy from the hit.

"I think they were protecting their friend." She said, glancing over her shoulder. "It looked hurt and like it wanted to just sleep in the nest, but there wasn't much room for it and both of us in there."

She flies, and this time, picking an area in the playground. One of the kids fort toys, and flew me into it.

"We shouldn't have to worry about birds here...Probably just squirrels though." She said before doing a quick fly around, leaving you alone in the fort.

I could not tell if she was joking or not. I shake off a little dirt that got on me, as I walked around. I felt a bit better, less chance of falling out of a tree. I hear some sounds, that make me shiver. I really hate this height, i think. As I think to my self, she flies back in, caring two regular size shirt.

"I found these abandoned, figured they'd make good blankets." Delilah smiled, handing you one of the shirts. "Everything alright?" She asked, sensing you were nervous.
