The sun was setting on a Friday afternoon as Minda drove down the street in her car. She had told her parents she was staying at a friends house, but in reality she was planning on enjoying some time to herself at hers & Bob's house. She'd only been to it for a couple of days after her and Bob's 'wedding', not wanting to go home to her parents so fat and brandishing a wedding ring.
Thankfully when she returned to the mansion, her parents calling Jess's house worriedly given she'd been ignoring her cell phone, the Prosperio's had a surprise for her and Bob. Thanks to an old friend of Martha's they were able to get around the rings 'rules' for losing the weight. Her friend cast a spell on the couple so they would lose more weight through working out. Sure they had lost the weight in one afternoon, but they'd also suffered exhaustion as a side effect of the spell. Of course the rings had shrunk down to fit their slimmer fingers. Since then Bob hadn't been seen for weeks, even skipping his weekly games of chess with Hugo.
Minda shook her head as she turned down a street. This weekend was meant for her to have time to herself, not think about where Bob was or why he hadn't simply gone about divorcing her. Of course given she was 18 still she figured if he tried to he'd be arrested for having married her in the first place. She couldn't help smiling as she pulled into the driveway of the beautiful 2 story house. Parking the car she went to grab the weekends worth of groceries from her back seat.

The door then opened up to allow Minda to enter the house.

Heading through the front living room she quickly put the food away in the kitchen, putting a few things in the fridge. She quickly headed back out, grabbing her book bag full of clothes and bathroom essentials from the car before going to check the mail. She figured there would be nothing in it, but simply did it out of habit like at her parents house.

Inside the mailbox, there was nothing there but a letter from the villain himself. She was tempted to throw it away, but was curious to see what it said.

As she headed toward the front door she opened the letter up cautiously, wondering if something might come flying out. as she stepped into the house and closed the door, nothing popping out of the envelope, she pulled out the letter and started to read it.

"Dear Bob and/or Minda, if you are reading this, then you have accepted my deed and are now the owners of a new house of my own creation. I do hope the happy couple will be happy here. I even left you a few magical surprises to spice up your boring lives. Take care young ones. Sincerely, the Masked Villain."

Minda couldn't help but smile a little. As obsessed as the man was with taking over the mansion and destroying her friends the Prosperio's, it seemed there was some goodness deep down in his heart. She started heading upstairs to put her clothes away and wanting to take a nice warm bubble bath. She'd planned on showering before coming over, but had lost track of time helping her neighbor clean out her garage.

She then started up the water and put the bubble solution in. She then removed her clothes and took a dip. As she relaxed, she felt something wrong with her legs. She could feel scales on them and them fusing together.

"What the...?" She went to lift her legs up only to be surprised by a fishy tail come up instead. She wondered how this had happened before quickly grabbing the bottle of bubble solution.

"Well...Guess my bath will be longer than expected." Minda said, setting the bottle down and wiggling her fin. "Heh, maybe I should use it in the pool sometime." She giggled, figuring she'd have more room to swim that way.

As she enjoyed her bath, she got a feel for her new tail.

She wished she had more room to move her tail around, but was only able to flick her fin some. She hadn't been paying attention to the clock until she started to feel her tail separating back into her legs. "Guess it's finally time to get out." Minda smiled, standing up once her legs were fully reformed. She got out of the tub and dried herself off with a towel. As she was starting to wrap the towel around her body a thought crossed her mind. It was just now getting dark out and the blinds were all closed. Knowing Bob wasn't likely to be coming to the house and planning to be the only one home she dropped the towel on the floor and headed out of the bathroom.
Given she didn't know what else might change her, plus never being one to flaunt it before, Minda decided to head down stairs naked and worry about getting dressed when she went to bed. Walking into the kitchen she walked over to the fridge to figure out what tv dinner to heat up.

Minda looked around the fridge and picked out the meal that said "elephant's meal."

"Strange...I don't remember buying this one." She said, closing the fridge door. As she walked over to the microwave she flipped the box over, looking for cooking instructions as well as trying to figure out what it was.
