Bob nodded. "I fell in love with the fact you were happy being you, that even with the mansion at your disposal you were happy being you. The only reason I never said anything was because at the time you were 16. Given you were a minor and almost 10 years younger I figured it would never work."

Bob looked at her sadly. "And what if they go by Jess's and find your not there? I know your parents are usually busy, but do you really want to risk destroying their trust in you by lying to them more?"

"Why not invite them over here? We could make breakfast from scratch and tell them everything." Bob said as Minda rested her head on his shoulder. "At least if they're told here we can prove your telling the truth."
