"Thank you mystery room." Dana said as she helped herself to the other gingerbread cookies.

Carrying them in her arms she left the room, eating the gingerbread cookies one at a time. She didn't notice the bit of flour on her clothes being cleaned up as she left the room.

She soon joined her mother and brother in the kitchen after finishing the cookies. "There you are. We were just out to go looking for you." Minda said.

"Sorry to keep you waiting mommy. Are the cookies ready yet?" Dana asked, licking her lips. "They just came out. Want to frost them?" Ruby asked.

"Yes!" Dana said as she was handed a butterknife and a can of frosting.

Running over to the stool Andy helped her up. "Thank you." Dana said while Andy seemed a little off. "Uh...No problem." He said, lost in thoughts that his little sister felt a little heavier. Figuring it was his imagination he focused on frosting his cookie.

Once the group was done they enjoyed a bit of frosting that had gotten on their hands. "Can I go show Alex her cookie mommy?" Dana asked, cleaning her butter knife of what frosting was left on it.

Gathering the cookies on a plate Andy went off to see how everyone else was settling in. Hopefully they'd enjoy the cookies, especially the surprise Minda and Ruby were still cooking up.
