(This is both the combination of the weight gain and size scenario, so hopefully I’m in the right room to add some stuff here.)
Lewis is your typical nine year old boy, who simply loves life in all. He’s a normal sized kid that simply wanted to have fun, and it proved evident which he is loved by all. Right now, he was in the living room, watching the movie about a person growing into a obese giant. He was so hooked to this, he could only stare and watch with amazement, as he see’s a obese giant person terrorising the city in all.

The giant obese person smiled as they kicked cars out of their way and sat down on some buildings. The buildings groaned beneath their weight. Lewis could only imagine being able to do that.

“Wow! I wish I wanna be just like this person on TV. But how can I do that for real I wonder?” Lewis could only wonder with excitement, as he was on the edge of his seat, staring right at the TV.

Suddenly the Tv flickered a bit. Wondering if the TV had a hiccup Lewis started to feel sleepy.

He only had to wonder what was happening to the TV, but it proved evident when letting out a loud yawn. “Oh, I don’t know why, I’m feel like I’m getting sleepy already.” And with that, Lewis lays on the couch and drifts to sleep, making him looking so cute in this way, like actual nine year olds would do.

As he slept the TV flickered again before giving off a strange glow.

TV glows so much, that it took a while until it starts shooting at a sleeping looking Lewis. He was being teleported to the TV and is now in the movie at the middle of the city. Still, he was sleeping as if he was still dreaming at this point.

As he slept his stomach started to grumble in hunger. Rolling over in his sleep Lewis' clothes started to feel more snug.

It felt like he was having a nightmare at this point, but he wouldn’t realised what was going on in reality when felt that strange feeling all over. He would continue sleeping for few more minutes until he opened his eyes, and couldn’t get himself comfortable at all. He would sit up for a moment, and tries to rub his eyes to clear his vision again. “Urgh! I felt something heavier than usual, but I don’t know what it is.”

As his vision cleared he lifted his head up to notice something big in front of him. Reaching up to touch it he realized it was his belly.

In a rather surprising look on his face, Lewis’s belly seems to look much fatter than he normal get, which made the youngster confused in a concerned way. “What the... did..did I just gotten fatter?” Lewis could only wonder and gets up to his feet to have a look at his body, but it more than his belly that makes a difference though.

Looking around he realized he was outside in a city. The thing was the city looked like a bunch of toys as tiny people and cars went by.

“Where am I? And what’s going on here?” Lewis could looking around and spotted the buildings around the city, which seems to look so real. So real in fact, he looked down to realise he’s gotten so huge, both in height and obese! He looked like he weighs at half a ton if he was normal sized, and standing as big as the building. That’s when he realised about the scene and screams can be heard around him, and only he knows what’s going on.” Wait a minute! Am I in the movie?”

As he thought about it he couldn't help smiling. If Lewis was in the movie then he could do whatever he wanted with no consequences.

That’s when he let out with a wide smile as if his dream is now a reality. Now that he’s a giant and has a pear-shaped obese body, he could do things whoever he desires, and he couldn’t help but wanted to do this straight away. “Oh yeah! Now that I’m so huge like a guy in the movie, I can do anything whatever I want.” He makes a smirk and starts waddling through the city. Each steps he made caused the ground to shake and loud booms as a result.
