As he headed back inside Green Mind was sitting on the ledge of a tall building. "What is going on? I figured crime might have gone down some with me, Jess, and the others keeping the city safe...But the bad guys are becoming more like cockroaches...What's changed?" She said, trying to think. "And what was that new ability? I've never used anything that just shut off people's minds before..."
