The villain wasn't wrong as the drag of the water prevented her from getting momentum. Thinking it over as she held her breath Pink Streak saw a few others struggling for air. Needing to end the fight quick she tried kicking her legs fast instead of running.

The villain seemed surprised as Pink Streak began drinking them up. "Just how much can you take?" They asked, trying to flood her with more than she could drink.

As Pink Streak swelled up the villain began to panic. Their powers had limits and they were starting to reach them as students gasped for air.
