"Thank you Andy. Now this story isn't so much about a creature, so much as a spirit." Minda said. "It appears on stormy nights, only visible from the flash of lightning."

"A nature spirit?" Dana asked. "That's right. One might say it is one of many spirits that protect nature." Minda said.

"What's it look like? A person?" Petra asked. "Not quite...For this spirit does not like people in its woods. Long ago a tribe of indians in the area did battle with the spirit when it was still free. Their shaman, in an attempt to stop the killings, performed a ritual. It cost the shaman their life, but bound the spirit to the lightning. Allowing it to only appear for a brief moment."

Minda said, a loud boom causing Petra and Dana to jump in their seats. "Relax girls. It's not the rumble of thunder. Just a plane flying over probably...Or your mother using magic." Bob said.
