Heading to the kitchen she went about washing the dishes. She had hoped to enjoy a bath, but she didn't want to have to get out if Maddy's dad returned.

Once she was done with the dishes Jasmine went to relax on the couch. She had barely gotten to it when her hearing picked up a woman screaming for help a few streets over.
