"Cause of all the weirdness around the city?" He asked. "Yeah. Not many people want to buy places here if they could end up randomly changed against their will." She said. "I mean imagine if something as simple as a glass of milk could change you. At that point anyone around here would stop buying milk and those selling it would lose money."
