"I am telling you, the place is cursed." Nancy said.
"Sure it is." said some snobby girl sitting at a table as Misty approached her friends.
"What's Nancy doing complaining to Mia about?" Misty asked. "She's trying to convince her that the old pizzaria in the old part of town is really cursed. Mr. Funtimes Pizza and other foods family fun center." Katie said.

"Wow, quite a mouthful." Misty said. "Though not sure I've heard of the place. What makes it cursed?" Misty asked.

"Well...it opened up back in the 80s when animatronic family restaurants were a big deal. Even bought enough land to make it as big as a mall." Laurie said. "Wow...why did it close down?" Misty asked. "Two major ones. For one...you know how most restaurants have one theme...well the owner couldn't decide so he mashed a number of themes together." Katie said.

"Yeah. Breakdowns, collapses, accidents...stuff like that. It closed a few years later under a mountain of lawsuits." Laurie said.

"You mean the remains of the building, right?" Misty asked. "Nope. The place was closed down, but never demolished." Nancy said. "Seems like an oversight on the city's part." Mia said.

"Are there no plans to rebuild something else there? I mean if they went out of business surely they had to sell the property to pay off some of the lawsuits." Misty said.
