Opening its eyes some the Rowlet looked around before looking down to Bob and Minda sleeping. Yawning it started preening its feathers before getting ready to stand guard for the night.

It flew to the top of the bedpost where it made its post.

Standing still it looked around the quiet room, alert for any sound or movement. Seeing a slight 'glint' near the dresser it silently flew down to investigate.

It approached with caution as it looked under the dresser.

Underneath, just barely catching the glint of the moonlight, was an hourglass. Curious Rowlet tried to grab for it with one of its talons.

Rowlet managed to nab it before flying to the top of the dresser to look at it with caution.

Looking at it curiously a small indentation on the top. Though the most curious thing was the fact the sand was slowly moving from the bottom up.

Rowlet looked at it curiously as it pecked at it.

As the top was hit Rowlet was knocked back by a sudden gust as the sand began falling down. Looking around startled it found itself back on the lampshade as Minda was petting it.

Rowlet tilted its head in confusion.

Looking over to the dresser it saw the hourglass still sitting there. As the sand slowly moved up Rowlet noticed less inside.

Rowlet was still unsure of what just happened as it grabbed the hourglass and turned it upside down.

As the gust pushed it back again it found the room's lights now on as Bob and Minda were awake and talking.

Rowlet tilted its head curiously before realizing what was going on. Somehow the hourglass was able to take the bird pokemon back through time.
