Looking at the hourglass it saw that once again there was less sand within it. "Huh? What's your Rowlet got there?" Bob asked, taking notice of the pokemon being awake.

"Looks like an hourglass. Weird...I don't remember keeping one in here." Minda said.

As Minda tried to reach for it Rowlet quickly flapped its wings. "Is it supposed to like such items?" Minda asked Bob as they got up. "Not that I know of. Nothing like it in the games either as a held item."

Rowlet couldn't let them touch the hourglass so it quickly flipped it over as time changed again.

It quickly found the two leaving the room. Minda was leaving with their girls while Bob was heading to the kitchen. Letting out a sigh of relief Rowlet started looking for a good place to hide it.

Rowlet flew down the hall with the hourglass as it flew right into the study with it.

Landing on the back of Minda's chair it looked around. This room hardly saw many visitors, which made it not only a good place to nap but also a good place to hide something.

Rowlet flew to a high shelf as it shoved the hourglass into the back.

Once the hourglass was secure it flew out of the study. Minda was sighing heavily as she left the girls room, looking exhausted as she headed back to the bedroom.

Rowlet flew into said bedroom as it took its place on the bedpost.

"Guess you are pretty cute...And rather quiet." Minda said before yawning. "Doubt you care about my weight as long as you get attention and food." She laughed before going to get in bed.

Rowlet chirped happily as it got on her shoulder and rubbed against her.

"Kind of glad Bob talked me into keeping you...Though what to call you?" She said, smiling at the Rowlet's rubbing. Its feathers felt kind of nice.
